OUR PROCESS FOR CANDIDATES

INTERVIEW
We schedule a meeting to discuss the open position and the hiring employer. During the meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to share more about your work experience, skills, and career plans.

TIME TO DISCUSS MOTIVATION
We create a Reiss Motivation Profile for you, which highlights the motivational drivers that are most important to you in work and everyday life. To create a profile, you complete a self-assessment form, after which we discuss your motivation over the phone.

TIME TO INTRODUCE YOU TO THE EMPLOYER
For the introduction, we create a cover page for your CV. We’ll collect a few additional details from you via an online form. You’ll have the chance to review the cover page before we send your information to the employer.

POSSIBLE MEETING
If the hiring employer wants to continue the conversation, we’ll arrange a meeting with them for you. By this stage, we’ll also explain in detail how the recruitment process will proceed on the employer’s side.
