WE ARE CERTIFIED RMP MOTIVATIONAL COACHES
Individual motivation, together with abilities and skills, determines a candidate’s suitability for a role. In our recruitment work, we assess candidates’ motivation in a systematic and comparable way. All Minjon recruitment consultants are certified RMP Motivational Coaches, and we utilize the Reiss Motivation Profile® tool, which is based on Reiss’s motivation theory.
According to Reiss’s motivation theory, all people are driven in life by the same 16 basic desires. Everyone has these 16 fundamental motivational drivers, but individuals prioritize them differently. The order in which a person ranks these 16 motivational drivers is called their Reiss Motivation Profile®.
A motivation profile describes the types of activities and conditions that give an individual energy and a sense of meaning in both work and everyday life.
Reiss’s motivation theory has been scientifically validated and is based on empirical research.
