We start the recruitment project with a kick-off meeting. During the kick-off, you have the opportunity to share your recruitment needs in detail. We discuss the open role, including its responsibilities and tasks, as well as the professional background and skills required from the candidate. We also cover your company values, work culture, and ways of working. After the kick-off meeting, we create a project timeline for the recruitment and begin the search for the right candidate.

We charge a fixed, project-based recruitment fee for our work. The fee depends on the scope of the project and the complexity of the recruitment. Our recruitment fees range from EUR 9,000 to 59,000 (excl. VAT). For larger recruitment projects, where multiple positions are filled simultaneously, the fee is determined on a case-by-case basis.

In short, our recruitment services cover identifying suitable candidates as well as assessing their competencies and motivation. We also handle candidate communication and overall project management. Throughout the project, we provide consultation and guidance related to the recruitment process. Yes. We charge a fixed recruitment fee, invoiced in two installments. The first installment (50%) is invoiced when we start the collaboration, and the second installment (50%) is invoiced only when the client hires a candidate we have presented. In other words, the second part of the fee is charged exclusively upon a successful hire through us.

We generally allocate four (4) weeks to identify and assess suitable candidates. The duration of our work depends on the complexity of the recruitment and the seniority level of the role being filled. Clients should also reserve approximately 2–3 weeks for their own evaluation activities, such as meetings, interviews, and any potential assessments.

Yes, we use direct search in nearly every recruitment project. We often recommend a hybrid model, combining direct search with open applications. Public, open recruitment increases visibility and supports the success of direct search.   In some cases, a standalone direct search is the best approach. We conduct recruitment exclusively through direct search either at the client’s request or when we determine it is the most effective method.

Yes, a guarantee is available and subject to agreement. The guarantee applies if an employee hired through us leaves the position within an agreed period from the start date. In such cases, we present new candidates to the client at no additional cost. The guarantee is valid regardless of which party terminates the employment.

For each project, we present the client with approximately 3–6 top candidates. If none of the presented candidates are a fit, we provide additional candidates for consideration.   In the exceptional case that no suitable candidate is found from the additional pool, we agree with the client on the next steps on a case-by-case basis.   If the recruitment collaboration ends without a hire, the second installment of Minjon’s recruitment fee will not be charged.   For more information on our fees, see the FAQ section ‘What does the recruitment fee include?’

All Minjon recruitment consultants are certified RMP Motivation Coaches, and we provide RMP Motivation Profiles for selected candidates as part of the recruitment process. The RMP Motivation Profile is based on the scientifically validated Reiss Motivation Theory and helps assess which motivational drivers are most important to the candidate—essentially, what gives them energy and enthusiasm in their daily work.   Our recruitment consultants do not conduct other types of assessments themselves. However, through us, you can order customized, psychologist-administered assessments from our partner, Ikigai Assessments, as part of the recruitment process.

An anonymous search means publishing an open position without revealing the client company’s name. We can conduct an anonymous search at the client’s request, but, when possible, we recommend publishing the company name, as this consistently attracts more suitable candidates.   In direct search, we generally do not conduct anonymous searches. Anonymity can make it harder to initiate meaningful conversations with potential candidates. Exceptions to this rule may include executive-level recruitments, where confidentiality can be agreed upon with candidates before the recruitment discussions begin.
